Plenty of color illustrations to accompany the text.
Monster stats are formatted in easily read blocks. I noticed some classic creatures from the old days of dnd had been eliminated, but this is no issue as I could easily look them up online.
Monsters are also sequenced alphabetically. As an added touch, a section in the back has common types of creatures such as bears, wolves, and other wild animals. Valuable accompaniment for dm's reference. Nothing bad to say! Product came in undamaged, way before the estimated arrival date and with no complications! There's really no way around this one; well I guess you could get something from a different publisher that's intended for 5E, but you'd still be missing a lot of the basics that most players have come to expect.

Con gli anni, me ne ero allontanato anche a causa di nuove edizioni non proprio all'altezza. Bellissimo anche solo da tenere in scaffale e leggere ogni tanto.
I like the artwork the most in the 5th Edition series. The organization is much better as well, but still not as good as it could be. It is a little bit more than I would have liked to spend per book, but that is Wizards of the Coast for you, and if you end up using them much you will get your value from them for sure!
As for the Edition, this is my favourite by far. I have tried 2,3. I am not a fan of 4th, so if you are, then you probably will like 5th, but maybe not as much as 4th. I find 5th Edition a perfect blend of the boiled down that was 4th Edition and the highly customizable, but overly involving 3. Your recently viewed items and featured recommendations. Back to top.
